Affiliate Program Terms

Overview

BeamRoyale affiliates earn commission for referring customers to BeamRoyale products through approved affiliate links and any other approved affiliate tracking methods provided by BeamRoyale.

Commission

• Commission rate: 20% of the final sale price of eligible products.
• Commission is calculated after discounts and excludes taxes, payment fees, refunds, reversals, and chargebacks.
• Orders that are refunded, reversed, or charged back do not earn commission.
• We reserve the right to review and deny commission on suspicious, abusive, self-referred, misleading, or non-genuine referrals.

Payouts

• Payouts are sent via PayPal on the 21st of each month.
• Minimum payout: $25. If your balance is under the minimum, it rolls over to the next payout period.
• It is your responsibility to provide and maintain a valid PayPal email for payouts.

Eligibility and approval

• This program is intended for BeamNG creators and related automotive content creators.
• We review applications and approve partners at our discretion.
• We may request recent stats, platform links, proof of ownership of a channel or page, or other reasonable information before approval or continued participation.

Promotion rules

You may promote using your own content and social channels.

You may not:

• Redistribute, reupload, or share any BeamRoyale mod files.
• Make misleading claims about features, pricing, or licensing.
• present BeamRoyale products as your own
• Spam affiliate links in comments, direct messages, unrelated communities, or other low-quality placements
• Run paid ads that bid on BeamRoyale brand terms, product names, or our domain.
• Use coupon scraping sites or “deal” pages without approval.
• Engage in self-referrals, fraudulent purchases, fake traffic, misleading attribution, or other abusive practices

Attribution and promotion standards

Affiliates should promote BeamRoyale products in a clear, honest, and creator-friendly way.

Where reasonably possible, affiliates should maintain a visible reference to BeamRoyale and shop.beamroyale.com in at least one public-facing place connected to their content, such as:

• bio
• link page
• video description
• pinned comment
• post caption
• similar public content area

BeamRoyale may request clearer attribution or removal of misleading or non-compliant promotion at any time.

Best practices

For best results, affiliates are encouraged to:

• show the BeamRoyale product clearly in real use
• explain what the product does in simple terms
• demonstrate how it improves content creation or reduces editing work
• link directly to the relevant BeamRoyale product or page
• use their approved affiliate link whenever possible

These best practices are recommendations, not guaranteed performance requirements.

Brand and content

• You must clearly disclose affiliate links where required by your platform or local laws.
• We may request the removal or editing of any content that misrepresents BeamRoyale, harms the brand, or violates these terms.

Changes and termination

• We may update these terms, commission rates, payout rules, or other program conditions at any time.
• We may suspend, remove, or terminate affiliates who violate these terms, create excessive refund risk, damage the brand, or engage in abusive or misleading promotion.
• Termination of participation does not remove our right to withhold unpaid commissions tied to fraud, abuse, refunds, chargebacks, or other violations.
