See what the crash does to the driver. Put a human dummy behind the wheel, send it through your crash tests, and inspect the aftermath with X-ray anatomy, visible injuries and live survival tracking.

Built for crash experiments, cinematic videos and gameplay recordings, the mod brings the dummy’s injuries directly into the game.

• Layered anatomy: Explore the skeleton, muscles and internal organs beneath the exterior.

Quick installation

1. Download the mod’s ZIP file. Keep it zipped. Do not extract it.
2. In the BeamNG launcher, select Manage User Folder → Open in Explorer, then place the ZIP inside the mods folder. Remove older copies of this BeamRoyale mod when updating.
3. Launch BeamNG.drive and load your vehicle. Open Vehicle Configuration → License Plate Design, then select BeamRoyale Human Dummy with the auto-fitted option for your car.
4. Add BeamRoyale Human Dummy HUD through the UI Apps editor if it is not already in your layout. Survival Chance appears when a dummy is detected in your current vehicle.
5. Open Options → Controls, find the BeamRoyale Human Dummy settings action, and assign a key to it. Use your assigned key to open the mod’s settings panel.

New: Safety systems

• Seat belt: a visible 3-point belt that really holds the body and can tear in violent crashes.
• Driver airbag in any car. It inflates in about 30 ms, catches the head and chest, then deflates.
• Side curtain airbags, fitted to each car's roof and windows. They deploy on side impacts and rollovers.
• Blood marks on the airbag and curtains where the face hits them.
• A new Safety page in the settings turns the belt, airbag and curtains on or off.

New dummy look

• Photo-based face, new eyes and hair.
• 5 outfits: Casual, Dark, Hi-vis work, Fleece and Classic overalls.
• The hands grip the car's real steering wheel, and the seat is adjusted so the arms reach it.
• Legs and elbows bend more smoothly and still tear in severe crashes.

Injuries & survival

• Survival chance rebuilt on real trauma medicine, measured like a crash-test dummy and graded on the hospital injury scale.
• Live injury card: one clear card at a time, made for 9:16 recording, and you can move and resize it.
• Dismemberment setting: Off, Limbs only, or Full (head included).
• More detailed gore: a rib cage that snaps and caves in, torn chest and belly wounds, organs that burst in the X-ray, and flying tissue and blood bursts.
• Gore and blood settings now fully work. Off turns off every wound, blood effect, gory sound and graphic injury text. Reduced keeps surface injuries only.

Cameras

• Crash camera modes: X-ray close-ups, Cinematic (slow motion from outside) and Cabin views.
• The camera can follow a dummy that's thrown out of the car, and you can fly around the body.
• Cinematic variety: fewer repeated head and neck shots.

Performance

• New Performance mode: Auto, Full quality or Low-end PC.
• Seat belt, airbag and curtains are drawn like car parts: no flicker, very low cost.
• Much less background work while you're just driving.

Fixes

• Fixed a game crash on some impacts.
• Fixed some cars becoming unstable with the dummy fitted.
• Settings panel cleaned up so every option does what it says, plus a small content note.
• Many smaller fixes to the seat belt, blood, injury cards and cameras.
