In these Terms, “BeamRoyale”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the seller above.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all products, digital downloads, mods, HUDs, creator tools, bundles, services, updates, and any other content or offerings made available through the BeamRoyale store.

By accessing the store, placing an order, downloading a product, or using any BeamRoyale product, you agree to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to purchase from this store.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Product Nature

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, BeamRoyale products are digital products delivered electronically.

No physical item is shipped unless explicitly stated.

Digital products may include, without limitation, .zip files, mod files, HUD files, creator tools, documentation, license texts, installation guides, update files, and related content.

5. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment processing.

Payments are handled through third-party providers and storefront services, including Payhip and supported payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full card details ourselves.

Prices, product descriptions, included content, and availability may be changed at any time before purchase.

6. Digital Delivery

For digital products, delivery is made electronically after successful purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, your files are made available as downloadable digital content, typically in .zip format or similar digital form.

You are responsible for:

• downloading your files
• extracting any compressed files where required
• following the installation instructions
• ensuring your device and game setup meet the product requirements

7. Right of Withdrawal and Immediate Digital Supply

By purchasing a digital product from this store, you expressly request immediate access, download, or delivery of that digital content.

You acknowledge and agree that once performance begins and download or access is provided, your statutory right of withdrawal for that digital content may be lost to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Refunds

BeamRoyale digital products are generally sold on a final sale basis.

No refund is provided for:

• change of mind
• mistaken purchase where the product page was clear
• failure to read the product description, compatibility notes, or installation instructions
• failure to extract the .zip before installation where extraction is required
• issues caused by unsupported setups, third-party conflicts, user modifications, or misuse
• dissatisfaction based on expectations not clearly promised on the product page

However, nothing in these Terms excludes any remedy or refund that must be provided under mandatory law, including where a product is faulty, inaccessible, materially not as described, or cannot be brought into conformity where required by law.

Our separate Refund & Digital Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms.

9. License Grant

Unless a product page or separate license states otherwise, all BeamRoyale products are licensed, not sold.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• download and use the purchased product for your own personal use
• use the purchased product in your own content creation
• use the product in monetized videos, livestreams, posts, and similar creator content, provided that attribution is given as required below

10. Commercial Content Use and Attribution

Commercial and monetized content use is allowed only if proper attribution is given.

Attribution must include a visible credit to BeamRoyale and a link or credit to shop.beamroyale.com.

For creators, attribution must be placed in the creator’s bio or equivalent profile section where reasonably possible, and should also be included in relevant content-level locations where applicable, such as:

• video description
• pinned comment
• post caption
• channel or profile bio
• link page or creator page
• similar public content description area

At minimum, the creator must maintain a visible BeamRoyale credit in their bio, profile, link page, or equivalent public-facing area if they regularly use BeamRoyale products in their content.

BeamRoyale may request additional or clearer attribution if the existing credit is missing, difficult to find, misleading, or insufficient.

11. Restrictions

Unless we expressly permit it in writing, you may not:

• reupload, redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, leak, or give away the product files
• upload the files to another website, marketplace, Discord, cloud drive, repository, archive, or mod pack
• claim the products as your own work
• remove branding, credits, or license information included with a product
• modify the files and redistribute the edited version
• transfer your purchase or license to another person
• use the products in any unlawful way

Your purchase gives you a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying code, design, branding, layout, graphics, or other intellectual property.

12. Updates, Compatibility, and Support

We may release updates, fixes, improvements, or additional content at our discretion.

If a product page states that updates or future additions are included, we will aim to provide them, but we do not guarantee a fixed schedule, indefinite support period, or permanent compatibility with every present or future version of BeamNG.drive, every vehicle, every mod setup, or every platform configuration.

We aim to support customers who need help, but support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and is not guaranteed within any fixed timeframe.

13. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• reading the product page before purchase
• checking compatibility information
• following installation instructions
• setting up required UI apps, controls, or hotkeys if relevant
• keeping backups of your own files, configurations, and saves where appropriate

14. Third-Party Materials

Some products may include or rely on third-party components that are used under their own licenses.

Where applicable, those third-party materials remain subject to their own license terms.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party components to you.

15. Disclaimer

BeamRoyale products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the store, any product, or any update will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system, game version, mod setup, or vehicle configuration.

Use of any product is at your own risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeamRoyale is not liable for:

• loss of profits, revenue, business, or goodwill
• indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• corrupted saves, broken mod setups, configuration conflicts, or game instability
• issues caused by third-party software, game updates, user error, or unsupported modifications

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Termination

We may suspend, refuse, or terminate access to products or support if you breach these Terms, misuse the store, engage in fraud, abuse our systems, or redistribute our files without permission.

Upon termination, your license to use the affected product ends immediately.

18. Not Affiliated with BeamNG

BeamRoyale is an independent seller.

BeamRoyale and its products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with BeamNG GmbH, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any references to BeamNG.drive are for compatibility and descriptive purposes only.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version published on the store at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase unless a later version is required by law or expressly accepted by you.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies and cannot be excluded.
